Job Summary
As an Experienced IT Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our network infrastructure and desktop applications. You'll provide specialized technical support to clients, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to resolve problems efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional technical support to clients, resolving issues related to network infrastructure, desktop applications, and other IT-related concerns.
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person visits to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Investigate and troubleshoot complex technical issues, using various tools and resources to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
- Conduct site visits to investigate issues and implement solutions, including equipment installation and upgrades.
- Document and track client interactions, ensuring accurate records and follow-up communication to confirm issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless IT operations and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (client/server) and experience with various software applications.
- Knowledge of Cisco VPN, Citrix, Phantom, Symantec, and other relevant technologies.
- Specialized certifications, such as A+, Network+, or MCP, are a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support role, with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and desktop applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with dynamic catalog and other internet browsers.
- Specialized work experience in a similar field.
- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
Compensation and Benefits:
As an Experienced IT Support Specialist at arenaflex, you can expect a competitive salary, ranging from $22.10/hour to $35.90/hour, depending on your qualifications and experience. You'll also be eligible for various benefits, including:
