About the Role: Customer Support Specialist
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing top-notch customer service via phone and email, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one.
- Offering accurate information about new bookings, rebooking options, and cancellation procedures for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more.
- Empathetically finding solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly, every step of the way.

- Fluency in Danish, with a good command of English.
