Job Summary
We're seeking two highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Representatives to join our remote online support team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, working closely with our overseas admin team, and contributing to the growth and success of arenaflex. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
- Working closely with our overseas admin team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, resulting in efficient handling of listings and support tickets.
- Managing your workload independently, taking ownership of your tasks and responsibilities without the need for constant supervision.
- Collaborating with your teammate to provide 7-day-a-week coverage, including weekends, with a flexible schedule that suits your needs.
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
- Contributing to the growth and success of arenaflex by identifying opportunities for improvement and suggesting innovative solutions to enhance customer experiences.
Essential Qualifications

- Proficiency in using modern business tools, such as ZenDesk, Slack, and JIRA, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

- Knowledge of the industry and relevant products or services.
- Experience working with overseas teams or in a multicultural environment.
