Job Summary
We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional travel experiences to our customers, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a positive and memorable experience for our passengers. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service to all internal and external customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our passengers.
- Work in a Collaborative Environment: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of our airport operations, providing a seamless experience for our customers.
- Handle Customer Inquiries and Issues: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process Transactions and Manage Cash Handling: Handle cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons as forms of payment for tickets, process charges, make change, and balance daily transactions.
- Manage Baggage and Freight: Inspect and handle baggage and freight, answering phone calls to provide information to guests, page clients, resolve issues or grievances, and assist on a case-by-case basis.
- Manage Overbooked Flights and Customer Complaints: Manage situations where flights are overbooked, delayed, or cancelled, resolving issues quickly and in accordance with company policies.
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in the airline industry or a related field
* Knowledge of airline operations and policies
* Ability to speak multiple languages
* Experience with electronic ticketing systems and baggage handling systems
* Certification in customer service or a related field
