We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to union members, responding to their inquiries, and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Educating members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation, including health insurance, life insurance, and other perks.
- Working closely with union associations to ensure seamless communication and support.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional benefits to members who express interest.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting metrics to track customer interactions and sales performance.
