Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative – Refill Pharmacy Technician at careerzynith, you will:
- Ensure Process Efficiency: Work closely with patients and physicians to coordinate fertility plans and medications, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of customer issues.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- CPhT License: A valid CPhT license is required for Arizona residents, while a valid MA Tech license is required for Massachusetts residents. A preferred CPhT certification is also welcome.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills: Demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to resolving customer issues.

- High School Diploma or GED: A minimum educational requirement for this role.

- Residency Requirements: Must reside within the state of Arizona or within driving distance of Newburyport, Massachusetts.
Internet Connection Requirements:
