In this role, you will assist the IT manager in maintaining technological equipment, perform problem identification, and drive resolutions. You will work with all lines of businesses, resort leadership, and team members to ensure seamless communication and technology operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting and supporting all resort communication technologies, including two-way radios, mobile phones, and WIFI
- Maintaining and troubleshooting Point of Sale systems, including NCR terminals and receipt printers
- Coordinating and recording changes to master directories for phones, radios, and resort extensions
- Performing technology room inspections and verifying accurate functionality of guest room technologies
- Providing technical support to leadership and developing accurate guidelines and inventory reports
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 1 year of related experience in IT technical support
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Knowledge of multiple systems, applications, and hardware, including networking and hardware triage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 50 lbs, and stand for long periods of time
