IT Support Officer (Entry / Junior Level)

Role Description This is a part-time remote role for an IT Support Officer at the entry or junior level. The IT Support Officer will assist with providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining desktop computers, and offering printer support as needed. The role also involves addressing IT-related concerns and ensuring the smooth operation of hardware and software systems. Qualifications • Proficiency in Technical Support and diagnosing and resolving system and network issues. • Experience with Troubleshooting and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of Information Technology fundamentals and IT systems management. • Basic expertise in supporting Desktop Computers and peripherals. • Hands-on skills in Printer Support and related hardware troubleshooting. • Strong communication skills and an empathetic approach to handling user concerns. • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. • Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems is advantageous.
