About the Role
We are seeking a high-caliber Investor Relations Executive to serve as a key point of contact for our Limited Partners and play a vital role in our firm’s growth. This position is designed for a strategic communicator with a deep understanding of the Private Equity (PE) and Venture Capital (VC) landscapes. You will be responsible for managing investor communications, supporting fundraising efforts, and ensuring our investors remain informed and engaged with our portfolio’s performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Investor Communications: Serve as the primary liaison for existing and prospective investors, managing inquiries and delivering high-quality reporting on fund performance.
• Fundraising Support: Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including pitch decks, Private Placement Memorandums (PPMs), and due diligence questionnaires (DDQs).
• Reporting & Analysis: Coordinate the distribution of quarterly letters, capital call notices, and annual reports, ensuring all data is accurate and reflects the firm's strategic vision.
• CRM Management: Maintain and update investor databases to track engagement, commitments, and outreach history.
• Event Coordination: Organize and execute annual general meetings (AGMs), investor webinars, and networking events.
• Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity within the PE/VC ecosystem to provide actionable insights to the leadership team.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in Investor Relations, Business Development, or Placement Agent roles, specifically within Private Equity or Venture Capital.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with investor portals is a plus.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into compelling narratives.
• Attributes: High level of discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to build long-term professional relationships.
