The role involves assisting in the development and implementation of AI solutions aimed at enhancing customer service and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and testing AI models to optimize service workflows and improve response times
- Collaborate with Customer Service and Technology teams to gather requirements and integrate AI solutions into existing systems
- Analyze performance data and provide insights to refine AI algorithms for better service outcomes
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program
- Basic understanding of AI concepts, machine learning, and data analytics
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Interest in the cruise and travel industry is a plus
