Position Overview

careerzynith is seeking an experienced Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our remote Insurance Call Center team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for policyholders, handling a wide range of inquiries related to property and casualty insurance, billing, policy changes, and coverage explanations. Your expertise will help customers understand their policies, make informed decisions, and maintain the high retention rates that are a hallmark of careerzynith.

This is a full‑time, work‑from‑home position.
