Develop multimedia learning assets, including video, audio, interactive simulations, and graphics, to enhance course content. Utilize a Learning Management System (LMS), such as Canvas or Blackboard, to build and organize course content. Provide guidance and support to faculty on best practices for online teaching and instructional technology. Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in online learning and instructional design. Manage multiple course development projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, Curriculum Development, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 4 years of experience in instructional design, preferably within higher education or online learning environments. Proven experience in designing and developing online courses using an LMS (Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, etc.). Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models. Proficiency with multimedia development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) and graphic design software.
