We’re excited to meet individuals who bring expertise in their craft, a willingness to experiment, and a mindset grounded in continuous learning.
About the role:
The Insights Manager sits at the intersection of data, storytelling, and market influence, and it is one of the most externally visible roles at interos.ai. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing and Insights, you will mine interos.ai's proprietary risk intelligence data to surface trends that matter to supply chain professionals, security leaders, and the journalists who cover them. You will translate complex data findings into compelling content including reports, blog posts, press coverage, and executive presentations, putting interos.ai at the center of the conversation around global supply chain risk. This role is where analytical rigor meets creative storytelling, and your work will directly shape how the market understands and responds to supply chain disruptions, geopolitical risk, and emerging threats.
What You'll Do
Mine interos.ai's risk intelligence platform using SQL, Tableau, and Excel to identify emerging supply chain, cybersecurity, and geopolitical trends worth writing about
Translate data findings into high-impact external content including industry reports, blog posts, bylines, press briefings, social media assets, and executive presentation decks
Partner with PR and Communications to proactively pitch data-driven stories and respond to media inbounds from major publications covering supply chain, risk, and technology
Build and maintain a scalable insights production framework, including a reusable library of scripts, templates, charts, and commentary assets, so the team can move fast without sacrificing quality
Collaborate with Demand Gen, Applied AI, and Sales to develop insights-backed go-to-market content, customer presentations, and quarterly business review materials
Combine interos.ai's proprietary data with credible external research to deliver holistic industry analysis that earns coverage and builds thought leadership
Identify and capitalize on trending and seasonal topics in real time, crafting timely stories that connect supply chain risk data to what professionals are already talking about
Represent interos.ai's data externally through webinars, media interviews, event presentations, and social media, serving as a knowledgeable and credible voice in the market
Customize insights for individual customer and partner requests including market estimates, ad hoc analyses, event content, and bespoke reports
Partner with the SVP of Marketing and Insights to build and mature a centralized insights capability that scales across the organization
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in a data analytics, market research, or insights role, ideally at a B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, risk intelligence, consulting, or research organization
Strong SQL proficiency for querying, transforming, and pulling data at scale; experience with Python or R for scripting and analysis automation
Hands-on experience with Tableau or equivalent visualization tools, with a genuine instinct for what makes data visually compelling and easy to interpret
Demonstrated ability to turn complex datasets into clear, persuasive narratives for external audiences, including press, customers, and executives
Experience working directly with PR, communications, or media teams; you understand how journalists think and what makes a data story newsworthy
Strong written communication skills; comfortable producing publication-ready copy, not just slide bullets
Proven ability to independently manage multiple overlapping projects and deadlines with precision, ownership, and follow-through
Curiosity about supply chain risk, cybersecurity, geopolitical disruption, and the global economic forces that drive them, or equivalent experience in a related analytical domain
Bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent work experience
Bonus Points For
Experience using AI tools (LLMs, AI-assisted research platforms) to accelerate data synthesis, content production, or analysis workflows
Background in supply chain, third-party risk management, cybersecurity threat intelligence, ESG, or federal/defense market research
Experience as an external-facing spokesperson such as a webinar presenter, podcast guest, conference speaker, or quoted media source
Familiarity with federal, retail, or financial services industry dynamics and how risk events play differently across sectors
Experience building shared insights repositories or internal knowledge systems that help teams move faster
