Inside Sales Representative (SaaS/B2B software)

Job Role: Inside Sales Representative (SaaS/B2B software) Objective: Hire a great inside sales professional to identify and nurture leads, convert them to real opportunities, and close (with support from pre-sales team) Key responsibilities: • Achieve weekly lead generation targets and monthly revenue targets • Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails and inbound lead follow-up • Construct and conduct sales pitches and presentations from start to finish • Demonstrate product features before a sale (perform online demos) • Understand customer needs and be able to articulate the value concisely • Learn the ContractAI solution and how to articulate the value • Learn prospect’s org structure, identify key players in the buying cycle (buyer, decision maker, influencer, naysayer) • Nurture relationships with leads and convert into opportunities efficiently • Track and manage all prospect communication (emails, phone, social media) Skills / Qualifications: • BA/BS degree or equivalent • 5+ years inside and/or outside sales experience • Several years track record of exceeding sales quota • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Strong listening and presentation skills • Knowledge of managing all leads, opportunities and communication in Salesforce • Ability to run digital marketing campaigns to source leads (ie. using various marketing tools provided by company) and track/report campaign results • Commanding phone presence with experience running sales presentations from start to finish with mutual close plans • Able to work independently and remote with little supervision • Highly organized with efficient note-taking skills Requirements: • Adequate workspace where video conferencing allows for business discussions • Sufficient Internet connectivity to host video/audio calls and product demonstrations Intangibles: • Loves selling as a career • Loves meeting new people and building long-term relationships • Very high energy and competitive • Passion for B2B SaaS solutions
