Job Description:
• Transform lives through health and fitness by selling the Health Coach (HCI) course.
• Make up to 150 calls per day to prospective students (no cold calling!).
• Use discovery questions and rapport-building techniques to engage with students.
• Meet and exceed sales targets including Monthly Revenue, Average Order Value, and Conversion Rate goals.
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of phone-based inside sales experience.
• Proven track record in high-ticket sales or managing premium product portfolios is preferred.
• Prior CRM experience.
• Excellent phone-based communication skills.
• Personal passion for health, life, and nutrition coaching, desire to help others.
• Money motivated with a competitive nature that enjoys the grind of sales.
• Comfortable interacting with a diverse potential customer base.
• Ability to communicate and coach someone through their challenges and inspire them to take action despite their fears or roadblocks.
• Ability to build rapport and make a personal connection with prospective students.
• Comfortable learning and applying AI tools as part of daily work.
