As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the client's sales efforts by prospecting and generating new leads, qualifying potential customers, and closing deals. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting the client's services, and providing exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities
- Prospecting and generating new leads through outbound calls, emails, and other channels
- Qualifying leads and identifying potential customers
- Presenting and demonstrating the value of the client's services to prospects
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative or similar sales role
- Solid experience in doing inbound and outbound calls
- Track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
