<p><strong>This job posting is for a current vacancy with our client.</strong></p><p><br></p><p>This role is ideal for a true IT generalist who enjoys combining day-to-day end-user support with system administration, network troubleshooting, and executive-level assistance.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What you will do and how you will make an impact …</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Provide user support for Office 365 and Windows products.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Provide support for Tier 1 - Tier 3 issues. You will diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and workstations.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Troubleshoot and document issues related to Windows, Office 365, company-specific applications, and network connectivity.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Use Jira to log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Set up and support PCs, monitors, printers, VOIP phones, and other shared equipment.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Document processes and issues and manage their inventory.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Onboard and offboard users and manage user accounts and access.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Why we are excited about you …</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>You are an excellent communicator and have experience working with non-technical users.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>You are proactive and curious, and are eager to learn.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>You are an IT generalist and enjoy having a variety of work and responsibilities.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements ... </strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Degree or diploma in an IT-related field.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in a Help Desk / Service Desk / IT Support or similar role.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Certifications such as CompTIA A+, MCITP, or CCNA are an asset.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Office 365, and Azure environments.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Experience in a professional services environment.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Compensation and Benefits ... </strong></p><p><br></p><p>The base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000, depending on experience.
