We're Uptalen, a tech staffing company placing senior developers (full stack, backend, frontend, DevOps) with companies across the EU and US. Engagements typically run 12+ months. We deliver a vetted contractor within 2 weeks of receiving a brief.
We're looking for independent sales partners — not employees — who already have relationships with CTOs, Engineering Managers, or technical decision-makers in EU or US companies.
What you'll do:
— Introduce Uptalen to companies in your network that need dev capacity
— Connect us with the right decision-maker
— We handle everything after that: sourcing, vetting, contracts, and ongoing management
What you earn:
— 500€ one-time bonus when a contractor starts and first invoice is issued
Sales Partner Compensation
We offer a recurring, performance-based commission tied directly to active placements.
• 15% of our monthly margin for the first 1–2 active placements
• 20% of our monthly margin once you reach 3+ active placements
• 25% for high-performing partners managing consistent volume or strategic accounts
Your commission is paid every month, for as long as the developer remains active on the project.
Example:
• 3 active placements = ~€900/month in recurring income at the 20% level
This is not a one-time fee — it's predictable, recurring monthly income that grows with each active placement.
