What You’ll Do
• Manage and grow your existing shipper relationships
• Source and coordinate carriers to move freight efficiently
• Negotiate rates and maximize load profitability
• Expand your book through outbound prospecting
• Act as the primary point of contact for your customers
What We’re Looking For
• Prior experience as a freight agent or freight broker
• Existing book of business preferred
• Strong understanding of FTL/LTL operations
• Familiarity with load boards and TMS platforms
• Self-driven and comfortable working independently
