What You'll Do
• Prepare individual income tax returns for clients.
• Communicate with clients to gather tax documents and information.
• Review tax documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the tax preparation process.
• Maintain confidentiality of all client information.
• Attend required virtual training sessions and team meetings.
• Follow IRS guidelines and company procedures.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate online systems.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
• Professional attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must be eligible to obtain or maintain a PTIN (we'll guide you through the process if needed).
