National Capital Legal Services is a full-service U.S. immigration law firm handling a wide range of immigration matters. We are seeking an experienced paralegal to support our family-based and non-immigrant visa practice, or employment based practice.
Responsibilities
• Preparation and organization of USCIS and consular filings
• Case management and deadline tracking
• Communication with clients, USCIS, and NVC
• Drafting correspondence, forms, and supporting documentation
Requirements
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in U.S. immigration law firm with family-based and non-immigrant cases is a must
Preferred skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
Proficiency with INSZoom
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases
• Superb knowledge of USCIS and NVC processes
• Russian/Ukrainian/Spanish language skills are a plus
Ability to work independently
