Environmental and Ecological Engineering (EEE) at Purdue University invites applications for a non-tenure track Faculty of Engineering Practice position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor. Purdue University seeks to attract exceptional candidates with interests and expertise in Circular Economy, Industrial Sustainability, Sustainable Materials and Manufacturing, Green Design or a related field. Successful candidates must hold a Ph.D. degree in an appropriate engineering or related discipline; candidates with terminal MS credentials who are otherwise qualified by eminence will also be considered. Evidence of qualification by eminence includes, but is not limited to, track record of scholarship, translation of technical innovations to industrial products or outcomes, successful leadership of engineering project teams, or recognition of excellence in professional practice. Successful candidates should demonstrate potential to integrate their experience, skills, and abilities with EEE's research, education, and/or engagement/outreach programs. The successful candidate is expected to teach undergraduate and graduate level courses, collaborate on research with other Purdue faculty, advise graduate students, and perform service at the Academic Unit, College, and University levels.
