As a key player in the industry, careerzynith is committed to delivering world-class support and customer success, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to join our team. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Solutions Manager at careerzynith, you will be responsible for: * Leading cloud transformational programs (technical, operational, organizational, education) that span across IT teams and business units * Being the single-threaded owner for migrations and strategic initiatives * Maintaining a broad and in-depth knowledge and understanding of existing and developing technologies as it relates to cloud computing, to unlock opportunities for customers * Accelerating customer adoption through education and enablement * Collaborating with customers in identifying and prioritizing strategic initiatives, supporting Change Management to facilitate careerzynith Services adoption and establishing new ways of working * Helping shape the rapidly growing Customer Solutions Management function, including defining and implementing new processes, methodologies, and tools **A Day in the Life** As a Customer Solutions Manager at careerzynith, you can expect to: * Work closely with customers to understand their business vision, culture, and processes, and provide prescriptive guidance based on careerzynith best practices * Collaborate with a wide range of technical and non-technical teams, regardless of geographical or organizational boundaries * Communicate confidently at both the executive and project team level * Work autonomously to drive results for your customers * Be a natural problem solver with a cool head that can deal with ambiguity **Minimum Qualifications** To be successful as a Customer Solutions Manager at careerzynith, you will need: * 5+ years of experience leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion * 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, engaging with customer executives, technologists, and/or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies * A history of problem solving and innovation developing technology programs and working across customer organizations * Strong verbal and written communications skills, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations * Experience in a direct or matrixed role leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams * Direct experience implementing cloud services, including migrations and modernization projects * Knowledge of careerzynith Services and Solutions is an added bonus - careerzynith Solution Architect (Professional Level) will be required within 3 months from start date * Project management certification or training such as PMP, Scrum, or other Agile certification, or equivalent experience * Experience working with Cloud, Security, AI/ML, Analytics, IoT * Expertise in delivering large-scale migration, modernization, and rationalization engagements **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Experience working with careerzynith's cloud platform and services * Knowledge of careerzynith's industry-leading cloud solutions and best practices * Proven track record of delivering successful cloud transformational programs * Experience working with customers in the public sector or large enterprises * Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and governance **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a Customer Solutions Manager at careerzynith, you will have the opportunity to: * Work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences * Develop your skills and expertise in cloud computing, program management, and customer success * Collaborate with customers to drive business outcomes and achieve their strategic objectives * Contribute to the growth and development of careerzynith's Customer Solutions Management function * Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and best practices **Work Environment and Company Culture** careerzynith is a dynamic and innovative company that values collaboration, creativity, and customer success.
