Hybrid Recruiter

Recruiter – Contract Role (Engineering Focus) We are a dynamic organization committed to attracting top-tier talent and fostering a diverse, inclusive workplace. We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter with experience in engineering recruitment to support full life-cycle hiring in a high-volume, fast-paced, and highly regulated environment. This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension, fully remote with flexible location—EST or CST preferred. Recruiter Responsibilities • Manage full-cycle recruiting for 30 requisitions in mechanical, electrical, and instructional engineering roles • Support hiring from entry-level new graduates to senior manager positions • Conduct intake calls, source candidates, manage interviews, and oversee the onboarding process • Build diverse talent pipelines that meet strategic hiring goals • Collaborate with hiring managers to provide consultative guidance and effective recruitment strategies • Maintain candidate data and workflows in ICIMS ATS • Ensure an excellent candidate experience and compliance with background clearance requirements (Nuclear background check required) Recruiter Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or equivalent experience • Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruiting • Proven success placing engineering professionals in corporate or regulated environments • Experience using ICIMS or similar ATS systems • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to thrive in a remote, team-based setting (team of 6 recruiters plus this role) • Prior work in highly regulated industries is a plus Position Details • Contract Length: 6 months, with potential for extension • Location: Remote (flexible, EST/CST preferred) • Work Setup: Fully Remote Remote About the Company: Crossfire Consulting Corporation
