Role Overview

The Hybrid Bilingual IT Help Desk & Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for careerzynith’s Field and Scientific divisions. Working across multiple communication channels—including phone, chat, email, and web portals—you will log, triage, resolve, or appropriately escalate incidents, ensuring that every interaction meets our rigorous quality standards and service‑level agreements (SLAs).
