Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator

Insight Global is partnering with a growing insurance services organization that is looking to bring on a Recruiting Coordinator to support their Talent Acquisition team. This is a fully remote contract role where you’ll play a key role in keeping the hiring process organized, efficient, and candidate-focused. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating moving pieces, and takes pride in delivering a great candidate experience. What You’ll Do • Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple rounds, including panel interviews • Manage calendars, meeting invites, and video logistics across time zones • Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process • Initiate and track background checks; flag delays or issues as needed • Keep candidate records accurate and up to date in the ATS • Support HR tasks such as inbox management, documentation, and general admin work • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep processes moving What We’re Looking For • 1–3 years of experience in a Recruiting Coordinator, HR Coordinator, or similar role • Experience scheduling interviews across multiple U.S. time zones • Familiarity with background checks or pre-employment screening processes • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a candidate-facing focus • Ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced, remote environment Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Cornerstone OnDemand (ATS) • Experience with ADP (HRIS) • Exposure to background check compliance or employment law • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field Compensation • $22.40/hr to $27.80/hr • Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. • Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. • Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k)-retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. • Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.
