Must reside in the Dallas, Houston area
The Human Resources Project Coordinator supports multiple Human Resources functions, including Talent Acquisition and Compliance, by contributing to a variety of projects in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include ATS configuration and reporting, compliance file audits, interview scheduling, and facilitating employee transfers.
This role also delivers training to new hiring managers across IDS on ATS functionality, system updates, and best practices for opening requisitions, updating job descriptions, and navigating the overall recruitment process. Additionally, the coordinator develops and maintains user guides for Talent Acquisition teams and hiring managers, while supporting internal employee transfers and ensuring adherence to compliance regulations.
SPECIFIC SKILLS NEEDED
• Strong initiative, ability to anticipate issues proactively
• Ability to succeed in fast paced, multipriority setting
• Strong data entry and system process experience.
• Experience with Paychex, Oracle and ATS systems
• High attention to detail, proficiency in HRIS systems, and advanced Excel skills for data reporting.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING
Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fastpaced environment
• Oracle HRIS experience
Preferred:
• 2years Human Resources experience
