About The Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Design and update job descriptions
- Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Internshala, Indeed, etc.)
- Draft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
- Screen received resumes and applications of the candidates
- Advertise job openings on social media and other hiring platforms
- Maintain the ATS or recruitment tracker on a daily basis
- Send job confirmation emails and handle the compensation and benefits. related queries to the selected candidates
- Assist HR and other teams in other operations-related activities
- Schedule regular interviews of the candidates (via phone and video calls)
Skills And Other Requirements
- Bachelor/Master in Human Resource Management or relevant discipline
- Familiar with the recruitment life cycle
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks
- Should have a learning attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Shift timings- 10 am to 7 pm
