Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Business Partner to join their organization in a fully remote capacity. This role serves as a key liaison between HR and designated business units, providing strategic guidance and support on all HR-related matters. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR principles, excellent business acumen, and the ability to build strong relationships with leaders and employees across various departments. You will play a vital role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, fostering a positive work environment, and driving talent management strategies.
Responsibilities:
Partner with assigned business units to understand their strategic objectives and provide proactive HR solutions. Advise and coach leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations, and talent management. Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, and offboarding. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with business needs and legal requirements. Facilitate employee development programs and initiatives to enhance skills and career growth. Address employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and provide recommendations for resolution. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to attract and retain top talent. Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to business leaders to inform decision-making. Champion company culture and promote employee engagement and retention initiatives. Stay current with HR best practices, labor laws, and industry trends. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) are highly desirable. Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner role. Proven experience supporting multiple business units and partnering with senior leadership. Strong knowledge of employment law, compensation and benefits, talent management, and employee relations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate business needs into HR solutions. Proficiency with HRIS systems and other HR technologies. Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
