Acxiom is seeking a strategic, results-driven Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support business leaders and employees across key functions by aligning human resources strategies with organizational goals. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, driving talent initiatives, workforce planning, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, performance management, and change management.
The ideal candidate will bring deep HR expertise, strong business acumen, and a proven ability to influence leaders while fostering a high-performance culture. This position requires a proactive HR professional with at least 8 years of progressive human resources experience, including direct business partnership within complex corporate environments.

What You Will Do:
Strategic HR Partnership
• Partner with senior leaders and managers to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.
• Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.
• Act as a consultant on people-related strategies, business transformation, and organizational effectiveness.
Employee Relations & Compliance
• Manage complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations and recommending resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Support leaders with performance improvement, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Talent Management
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support workforce needs, hiring strategies, and retention initiatives.
• Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, talent reviews, and development planning.
• Support leadership development and employee engagement programs.
Change Management & Organizational Development
• Lead and support change initiatives, including restructuring, mergers, and process improvements.
• Utilize HR metrics and analytics to provide insights and recommendations to business leaders.
• Foster a culture of inclusion, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Compensation & Benefits Support
• Partner with compensation teams on salary planning, promotions, and market competitiveness.
• Advise leaders on reward strategies to retain top talent.
What You Will Have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent relevant HR work experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, including direct HR business partner or strategic HR leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, organizational development, and talent management.
• Demonstrated experience supporting senior leadership in a corporate, matrixed environment.
• Proven success in employee relations, change management, and workforce planning.
• Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience working with HRIS systems (Workday preferred).
What Will Set You Apart:
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
• Experience in data-driven or technology-focused organizations highly preferred.
• Background supporting enterprise-level organizations with distributed teams.
