Help Businesses Strengthen Their Financial Foundation We are seeking experienced, or newly licensed, financial advisors with an active securities license who are passionate about helping businesses improve their employee benefits, retirement programs, and overall financial strategy. This role goes beyond retirement planning. You will work directly with business owners to evaluate their current benefits, identify gaps, uncover cost-saving opportunities, and recommend solutions that strengthen both the business and its workforce. Qualified business opportunities and leads are provided, but success in this role requires consistent outreach, strong relationship-building, and the ability to confidently present and close multiple service solutions. Responsibilities • Contact and follow up with company-provided business leads. • Conduct comprehensive business evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement. • Assess retirement plan needs and recommend appropriate solutions. • Evaluate employee benefits, payroll, tax-saving opportunities, and other business financial services. • Present and close multiple solutions based on each client’s needs. • Build long-term relationships with business owners and decision-makers. • Generate referrals and additional business opportunities. • Obtain additional state registrations/licenses as business needs require. • Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines.
