The Role
Our client, RevBuild Solutions, helps construction technology and industrial tech companies reach construction companies who need better productivity, cleaner workflows, and more visibility in an industry still held back by manual processes.
We need a hands-on HubSpot / RevOps operator who can set up a CRM and execute inside it. If you have real HubSpot experience and are able to build, manage, clean, and improve the system without constant direction, this job is for you.
We do not need someone who has only used HubSpot as a salesperson or basic marketer. We need a full operator who can configure the CRM, support campaigns, build reporting, manage data quality, and help the team execute.
Responsibilities
Support HubSpot implementations
Build and maintain HubSpot pipelines, properties, workflows, lists, dashboards, and reports
Manage CRM imports, cleanup, deduplication, and segmentation
Create and maintain custom objects, properties, pipelines, and permission structures
Implement strong data governance and CRM hygiene standards
Build reporting dashboards used by leadership and operational teams
Build and maintain HubSpot integrations, data syncs, and API-connected workflows, including coordinating with developers when custom API work is required.
Ensure the system supports accurate reporting, forecasting, and attribution
Improve CRM organization, data quality, and process consistency across teams
Create and update relevant documentation
Support SDR outbound workflows, demo tracking, lead routing, and pipeline management
Assist with marketing campaign operations and lifecycle tracking
Qualifications and Attributes
Excellent written and verbal English proficiency (C1 or C2), with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely in a professional environment
3+ years hands-on HubSpot experience, including:Setting up HubSpot from scratch
Building Workflows and automations
Building Dashboards and reports
Building Pipelines and custom properties
Building Lists and segmentation
Experience with HubSpot CRM cleanup, imports, and deduplication
Working understanding of HubSpot API functionality, including how HubSpot connects with external systems, data sources, enrichment tools, and reporting platforms.
Understanding of sales pipeline and marketing operations
Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
Available to work for approximately 40 hours/week

Candidates who cannot independently build workflows, reports, dashboards, and properties
Candidates who primarily advise but do not execute
Candidates requiring heavy daily supervision
