Scope
Review every marketing email, sequence, and automated email in the portal
Fix broken links, images, merge tags, and personalization tokens
Clean up outdated content, old offers, wrong branding, and stale CTAs
Check sender info, reply-to addresses, and footer compliance
Audit automated and workflow emails to confirm they're firing correctly and sending the right content
Archive or delete anything unused
Flag anything needing our input before changes are made
What we need
Solid HubSpot email experience
Works independently with minimal oversight
Clear communicator who documents what was changed and what still needs attention
HIPAA awareness a plus (behavioral health, patient-adjacent data)
