• *Role: HRIS Integrations Engineer (SAP CPI)
• *Location: Remote USA & Canada (Candidates from MST Time-Zone are highly preferred)
• *Position Type: Contract
• *Start Date: ASAP
• *Duration: 6+ Months Contract**
Work and Technical Experience
Must-Have:
• Hands‑on expertise with SAP CPI: iFlows, Groovy scripting, adapter configuration, error handling, and deployment lifecycle.
• Experience with HRIS Payroll ABAP development and point‑to‑point integration BADI extensions.
• Point to Point replication - HRIS replication experience
• Proven track record of debugging complex integration issues and improving performance in enterprise environments.
• MST time zone availability
Good-to-have:
• CI/CD for integrations (e.g., transport governance, version control), integration observability practices, and secure credentials management.
• Familiarity with common HR/Payroll data flows and downstream consumers (analytics, finance, compliance).
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering/IT or equivalent experience.
• 5-8 yrs. Experience
• SAP CPI and/or SAP Integration Suite certifications preferred
• ABAP certification or equivalent hands‑on expertise a plus.
