Job Description:
• Provide high quality service by assisting potential and current customers in selecting the best mortgage options
• Take ownership to resolve problems and meet customer needs upon successfully obtaining the necessary state mortgage originator licenses
• Analyze applicant information to determine whether the customer qualifies for a beneficial loan program
• Communicate the loan program terms and benefits available to the customer as well as the loan process
• Ensure all required documents are returned and disclosures are signed in a timely manner
• Follow our sales process and QA requirements to remain compliant
• Meet and/or exceed the Sales KPI’s set by Management
• Maintain a professional image and standards consistent with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required
• At least one (1) year of mortgage sales experience working as bank loan officer or in similar role
• Home Loan Consultant must pass the NMLS SAFE exam within the first 30 days of this role.
