Role Description
OpenLoop is looking for a full time Telemedicine Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for providing patient education and clinical support, ensuring optimal health outcomes, and working closely with RN Team Leads and RN Manager for patient success.
This is an incredible opportunity to support RN operations in a fast-paced, innovative company that puts the patient at the center of everything we do. This role is for a clinical care professional who delivers nursing care using telemedicine modalities and provides support to the RN team.
Registered nurses are members of an interdisciplinary care team working as staff clinicians with OpenLoop. You'll be at the forefront of healthcare delivery, providing vital support to patients over the phone. Your role will involve:
• Assessing patient needs
• Offering medical advice
• Coordinating care plans
• Ensuring optimal health outcomes
• Providing an outstanding patient experience
In addition to providing direct patient care, this role will provide administrative and operational support for the RN Team in close partnership with the RN Manager. Responsibilities include:
• Assisting with quality assurance, reporting and analytics
• Supporting training
• Participating in other projects to ensure continuous improvement of RN Team operations

Qualifications
• Active and Unencumbered compact licensure with eligibility to obtain 50 state licensure
• Must live in the state in which the Compact was granted
• Associate degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) preferred
• At least 5+ years of clinical experience in settings such as telemedicine, acute care, or primary care
• Demonstrated ability to provide patient-centered care through strong communication, empathy, and effective patient education
• Commitment to patient safety and quality
• Above average proficiency in using technology, telecommunication technology, and electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Strong preference for experience with Google Suite and Slack
• Excellent skills in troubleshooting technical concerns and guiding others on use of technology
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, high volume environment
• Full-time scheduled role, requiring availability to work extended hours including certain weekends and holidays
• Timely and professional
• Telemedicine or virtual care experience a plus
