Role Description
We are hiring Seasonal Remote Team Leaders to support a high-volume US customer support operation during a critical peak period. This is a fast-paced leadership role focused on real-time supervision. You will help ensure agents remain active, supported, and productive throughout live operations. This is not a coaching or QA position. Success in this role comes from staying organized, responding quickly, and maintaining visibility across a busy remote team environment. This is a short-term assignment expected to run through early May. Training begins next week, and hiring decisions will be made quickly.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Monitor agent activity during live operations
• Ensure daily staffing and engagement targets are met
• Act as the primary support contact for agents during shifts
• Respond quickly to questions and system or process issues
• Escalate attendance or performance gaps in real time
• Maintain clear communication with leadership
• Help keep operations structured during high-volume periods
Assignment Details
• Fully remote (US-based candidates only)
• Seasonal assignment expected to run until early May
• Training is required before moving into production
• Limited flexibility for time off during the assignment
Pay & Hiring Process
• Pay rate: $15 per hour

Requirements
• Previous Team Lead, Supervisor, or real-time support leadership experience preferred
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities at once
• Comfortable making quick decisions in live environments
• Clear communicator in chat-based and remote settings
• Reliable attendance and strong schedule commitment
• Comfortable working in structured, performance-driven operations
