Role Description
• Deliver engaging, high-quality instruction using innovative teaching methods and current industry technologies.
• Maintain compliance with accreditation standards.
• Model the holistic tenets of the nursing profession and uphold the University’s mission and pillars.
• Facilitate meaningful classroom discussions, assess student learning, and prepare students for leadership roles in health care.
• Support program initiatives and demonstrate alignment with the philosophy and direction of the University.

Qualifications
• A Master’s/Doctorate Degree in any field.
• Must have an active, current, unencumbered, unrestricted OT or OTA license in Arizona with 2 or more years of professional experience in occupational therapy.
• Preferred: Previous teaching experience in occupational therapy at the postsecondary level.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build supportive relationships with students.
• Proficiency in English, grammar, and APA writing.
