Role Description
Golden Steps ABA is a Health Care Organization that delivers Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We provide individualized services to assist individuals to work on specific skills and behaviors.
A day in the life:
• Create and manage Central Reach user accounts, including onboarding new users and deactivating accounts as needed.
• Assign and maintain appropriate labels for BCBA caseloads upon start dates to ensure accurate system tracking.
• Monitor and manage the Central Reach Help inbox, responding to inquiries and resolving system-related requests.
• Maintain and update contact labels, including state directors, scheduling teams, BCBAs with active clients, and clinic-specific labels.
• Review and update training materials and instructional videos to reflect internal process changes, system updates, and new releases.
• Fulfill system update requests from leadership, including modifications and reporting needs within Central Reach.
• Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
• Strong communication skills and excellent verbal and written skills.
• ABA experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and possess initiative.
• Communicate effectively, attention to detail, time management and capacity to multitask.
• Knowledge of Central Reach.
