Job Summary
The Higher Education Math Transformation Consultant works as an Independent Contributor to support schools through a structured intensive and implementation process designed to help institutions scale best practices across culture, systems, and classroom. This role facilitates evaluation, strategy development, and implementation planning with cross-functional school teams, guiding clients through complex institutional change with a done-with-you approach. The Consultant builds trust, manages stakeholder dynamics, and helps schools make decisions in the right order so changes are adopted effectively and sustainably. Success in this role depends on strong relationship management, facilitation, project management, and the ability to adapt guidance to each school’s context rather than using a cookie-cutter approach.
