Job Summary
LeadClarify is hiring ambitious, high-performance sales closers who want to grow inside a fast-scaling AI-powered revenue and client acquisition company.
This is not a traditional sales role. We are building a lean, high-performance sales environment focused on:

You will be speaking with business owners, identifying revenue problems, and helping position solutions that improve lead conversion, follow-up, appointment booking, and overall client acquisition systems.

Responsibilities
• Conduct discovery and sales calls with qualified prospects
• Handle objections and guide conversations toward closing
• Follow LeadClarify’s positioning, sales process, and communication standards
• Maintain consistent follow-up with leads
• Manage pipeline activity and CRM updates
• Communicate regularly with the sales team regarding deal flow and progress
• Collaborate with setters and other closers when needed
• Maintain professionalism and strong communication with prospects
• Continuously improve close rate and sales performance
Requirements
• Strong English communication skills
• Experience in high-ticket sales, SaaS sales, agency sales, or consultative sales preferred
• Confident handling live sales conversations and objections
• Comfortable in performance-based environments
• Self-motivated and able to work independently remotely
• Strong work ethic and accountability
• Fast learner and coachable
• Comfortable using CRM systems and communication platforms
• Startup mentality with urgency and adaptability
Compensation & Growth Opportunity
This is a performance-based opportunity with:

Standard structure:
• ~10–12% commissions
• higher tiers available for strong performers
• additional bonuses tied to performance and volume
Average deal values vary depending on:
• client size
• revenue
• business goals
• and overall project scope.
This means earning potential is NOT capped to fixed deal sizes.
Realistic earning potential:
• Early stage: ~$3K–$5K+ for strong performers
• Long term scaling potential: $10K–$20K+ monthly for closers who consistently perform as inbound volume and deal flow increase.
