Role Overview
The
• *Account Executive (AE)**
is a no inbound leads, high-activity outbound sales role responsible for originating new broker relationships and generating funded transactions.
This role is designed for
• *true hunters**
who enjoy prospecting, building relationships, and closing revenue-producing deals.
The position is approximately
• *80% new broker origination
• *20% relationship management
Account Executives are responsible for building their own pipeline and driving funded transactions.
Compensation for this role includes a recoverable draw against future commissions and variable compensation tied directly to funded transactions and gross margin.
Deal structuring and underwriting support are provided by our internal teams.

• *Key Responsibilities**

Broker
Origination
• Identify and prospect new broker partners daily
• Introduce brokers to the Loanspark
• Activate new brokers and drive initial deal submissions quickly
• Build and maintain a personal pipeline of broker relationships
• Generate consistent loan opportunities across product categories
2.
Revenue
Production
Account Executives are responsible for driving funded transactions and gross margin.
Performance is measured based on:
• Units funded
• Gross margin generated
• Pipeline activity and velocity
Typical monthly targets include
• Funded transactions
• Gross margin production
• Pipeline development and broker activation
Final targets are determined by sales leadership and may evolve as the organization scales.

Outbound Sales
Activity
This is a
• *high-activity sales role**
that requires consistent outreach and proactive pipeline generation.
Daily and weekly expectations include activities such as:
• Outbound calls to broker partners
• Text outreach and follow-up
• Live broker conversations
• Broker onboarding and activation
• Submission generation
Sales activity is tracked through company CRM and reporting tools.
Consistent activity is required to maintain a healthy pipeline and meet revenue expectations.

Relationship
Management
Account Executives also maintain relationships with active broker partners by:
• Supporting active deals through the funding process
• Communicating with brokers regarding submissions and updates
• Re-engaging previously active brokers
• Ensuring responsiveness and professionalism
This is not a passive account management role. Relationship management supports
• *continued deal flow and revenue generation.
