Compensation & Growth Path
This is a part time equity / token-based cofounder opportunity. You will receive equity in Launch Legends and Autheo, along with token allocations in the Autheo blockchain. We have already completed an initial financing round to support infrastructure and marketing, and are currently in discussions with VCs and crypto investors to fund expansion and salaries. Salaried compensation is expected to begin within 3 to 5 months, following our node, token sales or funding.
ROLE: HEAD OF STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS
The Head of Strategic Communications will lead the global communications, media, and public narrative strategy for the Autheo ecosystem as the organization advances through Mainnet expansion, TGE, exchange listings, platform launches, institutional initiatives, strategic partnerships, and broader ecosystem growth. This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping how Autheo is positioned across the blockchain, AI, infrastructure, financial technology, and institutional markets. You will work directly with executive leadership, product, engineering, marketing, compliance, and ecosystem teams to develop sophisticated, credible, and globally coordinated communications that help position Autheo as a leading next-generation infrastructure ecosystem operating at the intersection of Web3, AI, decentralized infrastructure, identity, and financial systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Communications & Public Narrative
Lead and oversee the global public relations and strategic communications strategy for Autheo and related ecosystem entities
Serve as the primary architect of Autheo’s external communications, media positioning, and long-term public narrative
Develop and manage major communications surrounding:
Mainnet rollout • TGE and exchange listings • Product and platform launches • Strategic partnerships • Institutional initiatives • Ecosystem growth and infrastructure milestones
Media, Ecosystem & Industry Relations
Build and maintain relationships with:
Crypto and mainstream media • Exchanges • Influencers and analysts • Institutional research groups • Conference organizers • Ecosystem and infrastructure partners
Oversee press releases, media outreach, interviews, executive talking points, announcements, and public-facing communications
Executive & Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate launch and communications strategies across marketing, engineering, product, compliance, legal, and ecosystem teams
Help prepare executive leadership for:
Podcasts • Conferences • Panels • Media appearances • Investor and institutional meetings
Narrative Development & Reputation Management
Collaborate closely with technical teams to translate complex infrastructure and AI concepts into compelling public narratives
Develop crisis communication and reputation-management strategies when necessary
Track and report communications and ecosystem-growth metrics, including media reach, engagement, partnership visibility, and ecosystem awareness
