We are looking for an experienced commercial leader to take ownership of sales and strategic partnerships, accelerate revenue growth, expand market presence, and build a scalable ecosystem of partners and distribution channels.
Location: Preferably Cyprus or Malta, though fully remote arrangements can be considered for exceptional candidates.
What You'll Be Doing
Revenue Growth & Business Development
- Own and deliver ambitious revenue and growth targets.
- Build and maintain a predictable, scalable sales pipeline.
- Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing.
- Drive growth across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise customer segments.
- Contribute to pricing strategy, go-to-market initiatives, and commercial optimization efforts.
Sales Leadership
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales organization.
- Establish and optimize sales processes, KPIs, forecasting, and CRM discipline.
- Develop and execute both outbound and inbound sales strategies.
- Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
Strategic Partnerships
- Design and execute a partnership strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage key channel partners, distributors, and strategic alliances.
- Develop new indirect sales opportunities through ecosystem partnerships and commercial collaborations.
- Structure and negotiate commercial agreements, including referral, revenue-sharing, distribution, and embedded finance partnerships.
- Drive partner engagement, performance management, and long-term relationship success.

- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
