Head of Digital Growth (Company: Idea Village - Hybrid in Miami, Florida)

About the position We are partnering with Idea Village to find their next high-impact, cross-brand role for a growth marketer who thrives in a fast-moving, multi-brand environment. You'll own the growth funnel from acquisition to retention, across a portfolio of health & wellness DTC brands, working closely with brand managers, creative teams, and leadership to hit aggressive revenue targets. Responsibilities • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social (Meta, TikTok) and paid search (Google) campaigns across all 5 brands • Own lifecycle marketing strategy and execution (Klaviyo or equivalent), including flows, segmentation, and campaign calendars • Identify and test new acquisition channels, conversion levers, and retention tactics across the portfolio • Build dashboards and weekly performance reports; translate data into actionable insights for leadership • Manage and allocate media budgets efficiently across brands, optimizing toward ROAS and CAC goals Requirements • 3–5 years of hands-on growth or performance marketing experience, ideally in DTC or e-commerce • Proven track record managing paid social (Meta Ads Manager) and paid search (Google Ads) • Experience with email marketing platforms • Strong analytical skills; comfortable in Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, and attribution tools (Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar) • Ability to manage multiple brands or accounts simultaneously Nice-to-haves • Health, wellness, beauty, or CPG industry experience a plus • Self-starter mentality — you don't wait to be told what to test next • Experience at a DTC brand accelerator, holding company, or agency managing multiple accounts • Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce tech stacks • Influencer or affiliate marketing experience • Knowledge of AI tools for marketing efficiency and content ideation Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
