Hardware Engineer

Job Responsibilities Perform firmware updates and lifecycle management for server hardware; Troubleshoot hardware and infrastructure-related issues (servers, components, connectivity); Support provisioning and decommissioning of bare metal servers; Work with out-of-band management interfaces (IPMI / iDRAC / iLO or similar);  Apply and maintain hardware configuration standards and profiles; Participate in incident response and root cause analysis; Contribute to development of operational processes and documentation (SOPs);  Collaborate with infrastructure, network and devops teams;  Participate in evaluation and selection of hardware configurations (CPU, RAM, storage, components);  Contribute to infrastructure scaling and hardware standardization;  Participate in on-call rotations;  You’ll thrive here if you have Hands-on experience with server hardware in production environments; Understanding of data center infrastructure fundamentals ; Experience with hardware lifecycle management (firmware, components, replacements);  Familiarity with out-of-band management tools (IPMI / iDRAC / iLO or similar);  Strong troubleshooting skills;  Experience in writing technical documentation or operational procedures; Willingness to participate in on-call rotations; Understanding of server hardware configurations and component selection;  Experience or interest in contributing to infrastructure design and scaling decisions; Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (L2/L3).
