GTM Engineer (For Dental)

Apply Now
Description: Who We Are We sell AI receptionists to dental clinics. The AI answers patient calls around the clock, books appointments, handles common questions, and routes emergencies. Dental practices that use it stop missing calls and stop losing patients to voicemail. The product works. We need someone to get it in front of the right people. The Offer We're giving away 5 free pilot installations to dental practices so we can build real case studies and testimonials. No cost to the clinic, no obligation. This is the offer you'll be putting in front of people. It's a strong one. What We Need We're looking for a GTM engineer who will own our LinkedIn outbound system from the ground up. Not a strategist who hands us a slide deck. Not a consultant who builds the system and disappears. We need someone who builds it, runs it daily, and books demos on our calendar. This is the full scope: List Building and Prospecting Build targeted prospect lists of dental practice owners, office managers, and DSO operators using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Apollo, or whatever tools you prefer. We'll start in 1-2 metro areas and expand once we have a playbook that works. Segment by geography, practice size, and buying signals like recent hires, expansion, or active LinkedIn usage. We want precision, not volume. 95%+ list accuracy or we're wasting everyone's time. LinkedIn Profile Optimization Rework our LinkedIn presence so it functions like a landing page for dental practice buyers. Headline, banner, About section, Featured section. When a dentist clicks our profile after getting a message, they should immediately understand what we do, who we help, and why they should care. Outreach Sequences Design and write the full LinkedIn outreach sequence. Connection requests, personalized first messages, 3-4 follow-ups, and a closing message. All copy needs to be specific to the dental world. Talk about missed patient calls, overwhelmed front desk staff, after-hours revenue loss, phones going to voicemail during busy periods. If it sounds like it could be sent to any industry, it's not good enough. Set up and manage the automation tooling (Expandi, HeyReach, Dripify, or whatever you recommend) while staying within LinkedIn's platform limits. Daily volume should be 20-40 personalized touches per day. CRM and Pipeline Tracking Set up a CRM pipeline (HubSpot free tier, Pipedrive, or your recommendation) to track every prospect from first touch to demo booked. Build a simple dashboard we can check anytime showing connection request acceptance rate, response rate, positive reply rate, and demos booked. Report weekly with clear recommendations on what to adjust. Optimization and Scaling A/B test messaging, CTAs, connection request strategies, and list segments. Once we crack the code in the first metro area, document the playbook and replicate it across new cities. Tell us what's working, what's not, and what you want to try next. What Success Looks Like Week 1-2: LinkedIn profiles optimized, first prospect lists built, automation tools set up, first outreach campaigns live. Month 1: Outreach running daily. First demos booked. Baseline metrics established for acceptance rate, reply rate, and conversion. Month 2: Consistent pipeline of 10-20 demos per month from LinkedIn outbound. Winning messages identified. Underperforming sequences killed. Month 3: Repeatable playbook documented and tested. Expanded to 2-3 metro areas. System humming with less daily oversight needed. We know ramp takes time. We're not expecting 30 demos in week one. But we expect momentum from day one and clear data by week three. Must-Have Experience You've run LinkedIn outbound campaigns that booked real meetings. Not "managed a LinkedIn page" or "grew followers." You sent outreach messages, tracked the numbers, and put meetings on a calendar. Show us the results. You know LinkedIn Sales Navigator inside and out. Boolean search, lead filters, account filters, saved searches, 2nd degree network targeting. You can write cold messages that sound like a real person wrote them. This is half the job. If your messages read like they were generated by a prompt, this isn't the right fit. You've used Clay or similar enrichment tools to build prospect lists with real data, not just scraped names. You understand LinkedIn's current platform limits. Connection request caps, InMail limits, daily activity thresholds, account health signals. You know how to run volume without getting restricted. You've set up and managed a CRM pipeline and can report on conversion metrics without being asked. Nice to Have Experience selling into dental, healthcare, or local service businesses. Experience selling AI or SaaS products to non-technical buyers who are skeptical of technology. Ability to create LinkedIn content (posts, short videos) to build credibility alongside outreach. Familiarity with workflow automation tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make. What We Don't Want A setup-and-handoff person. We need daily execution, not a blueprint. Generic templates plugged into automation and blasted at scale. LinkedIn punishes that and so do we. Vanity metrics. "Sent 500 connection requests" means nothing to us. Demos booked is the only number that matters. Someone who's never actually sold to small local businesses. Selling to a dental practice owner is different from selling to a VP of Engineering at a Series B startup. If your entire background is tech-to-tech outbound, this probably isn't your lane. Budget and Structure Rate: $40-$75/hr depending on experience. Also open to a monthly retainer in the $3,000-$5,000 range. Propose what makes sense for you. Performance bonus: We'll add a per-demo bonus ($50-$100 per qualified demo booked) on top of the base rate. If you're good at this, you should want that structure. Hours: Around 20-25 hrs/week during the build phase (first 2-3 weeks), scaling to 15-20 hrs/week once the system is running. Duration: 3 month initial contract with the option to extend for the right person. To Apply, Include These Four Things Walk us through a LinkedIn outbound campaign you actually ran. Who did you target, what tools did you use, and what were the real numbers? Acceptance rate, reply rate, meetings booked. Specific numbers, not vague claims. Tell us your tool stack. What LinkedIn automation tool, what enrichment platform, and what CRM would you use for this project, and why? Write us a sample LinkedIn connection request note AND a sample first follow-up message you'd send to a dental practice owner to pitch our free AI receptionist pilot. Don't overthink it. We just want to see how you write and think. Your proposed plan for the first 30 days and your rate. If you've done this before and can prove it, we want to talk. Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
