The company is focused on scaling its operations, driving revenue growth, and improving conversion efficiency across digital channels. With strong existing traffic, they are now prioritizing optimizing the customer journey and maximizing conversion performance to unlock further growth.

Role Overview
The Growth Marketing Manager will lead the transition from traffic generation to full-funnel conversion optimization. This role is focused on improving landing page performance, optimizing the customer journey, and increasing conversion efficiency across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Funnel Strategy
• Analyze the customer journey to identify drop-off points and conversion gaps across landing pages
• Implement strategies to improve landing page trust, product clarity, and user experience
• Lead A/B testing initiatives across landing pages, product pages, and checkout flows
• Optimize the Shopify store environment to improve post-click revenue and overall conversion performance
Paid Media Oversight & Performance Marketing
• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
• Align ad messaging with landing page content to ensure a cohesive, high-converting brand experience
• Monitor and adjust key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate, with a focus on improving efficiency and lowering CPA
Data Analysis & Reporting
• Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Shopify Analytics
• Translate performance data into actionable insights and report on the direct impact of growth initiatives
• Provide regular, data-backed updates on performance, highlighting what is working and where improvements are needed
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work directly with the brand owner to lead marketing strategy and own the marketing roadmap
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ad creatives and landing page designs address customer pain points and build trust
• Stay informed on e-commerce trends, particularly within high-ticket consumer products
Qualifications
Experience
• 2–3 years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing within e-commerce
• Proven experience optimizing conversion funnels and improving landing page performance
• Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
