Growth Lead (Revenue)
About the role
Own and drive revenue across both self-serve and sales as a single-threaded owner
Individual contributor role focused on execution: experiments, launches, and shipping changes that actually move revenue
Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and customer success to improve conversion, drive expansion, and uncover new revenue opportunities
Build systems and processes that make growth repeatable and scalable
What you’ll do
Own revenue performance across the entire funnel (acquisition → conversion → expansion)
Identify high-impact opportunities, prioritize them, and execute quickly
Run experiments across marketing, product, pricing, and lifecycle
Launch and manage campaigns, offers, and lifecycle initiatives (email, in-product messaging, etc.) that drive conversion, activation, and expansion
Partner with Product to shape features and positioning; partner with Sales to improve lead quality and conversion; partner with Customer Success to improve activation, retention, and expansion
Translate product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions
Analyze performance across channels, campaigns, product, and pricing to identify what’s working, where to optimize, and where to double down
Define key metrics, track performance, and use data to guide decisions and prioritize work
Turn manual or repetitive work into automated, scalable workflows that improve speed and reduce errors
Leverage modern tools and AI (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to move faster, gather insights, and increase output
What we’re looking for
Proven track record of driving measurable revenue growth—and the ability to clearly explain what you did, why it worked, and the impact it had
Hands-on operator comfortable writing copy, tweaking flows, and launching experiments yourself
Strong analytical mindset—able to interpret data and turn it into action
Thinks beyond channels, integrating product, pricing, positioning, and promotion to drive results
Identifies opportunities and acts without waiting for perfect direction
Thinks in systems—build once and scale; avoids repeating manual work
Uses tools and automation to create leverage and move faster
Moves fast and cares about outcomes, not just ideas
Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing without authority
Nice to have
Experience in SaaS or subscription products
Experience in the mobile/app ecosystem (app/game development, ASO, etc.)
Experience with both self-serve and sales-led funnels
Strong understanding of GTM strategy and execution
Familiarity with analytics platforms, A/B testing, and CRM tools

Higher visitor → signup → paid conversion
Growth in qualified traffic and new user acquisition
Improved activation, retention, and expansion
Clear, repeatable growth systems and levers that continue to scale
