We’re a small early-stage tech startup preparing to launch a platform designed to make online job searching cleaner, simpler, and more transparent for job seekers.
Right now, the product is still pre-monetization, so this is currently an unpaid internship/contributor opportunity focused on learning, collaboration, mentorship, and hands-on startup exposure.
We’re looking for someone curious, creative, and genuinely interested in startups, growth, and helping improve the experience people have when searching for jobs online.
Some areas you may help with include:
• Social media and online community engagement
• Early growth ideas and launch support
• Research around hiring trends and job seeker pain points
• Content and marketing support
• Product feedback and user experience ideas
• General startup operations and brainstorming
This is a great fit for someone who:
• enjoys startups and tech
• wants hands-on experience working closely with a founder
• is curious about growth, product, or marketing
• wants to build real portfolio experience
• likes learning and wearing multiple hats A few important notes:
• Fully remote

• No long-term commitment expected The founder has 17+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, and people operations across startups and tech companies, and genuinely enjoys mentoring people who are early in their careers.
As the platform grows and eventually monetizes, we’d love to potentially expand some early contributor opportunities into future paid roles.
